Return and Refund Policy

Because all items on NoveLleven are custom-printed specifically for you upon order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at novelleven.shop@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with our production partners.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to a defect or damage, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item with clear photos of the issue.

Exchanges

Due to our print-on-demand model, we do not hold stock or manage direct exchanges. If a new size or variant is needed, a new order must be placed.
